A contemporary reading of the Mahlerian concept of ‘symphony’ from the lens of interdisciplinary focusing on the relationship between dance and music, not only as an issue of composition, but also within performative contexts (scores, improvisation, immersive states that include technology).
The project won the PRS/Visiting Arts award for best performing arts work involving live-music. The project was supported by Visiting Arts, Award for All, The Jerwood Studios, Vienna Museum and the Vienna Institute.
